Terms & Policies

By placing an order with Two Maples Market, you agree to the following. Please read before you order.

All sales are final — no refunds

Everything we sell is freshly handmade food. For food-safety reasons and because each item is made to order in small batches, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If there’s a genuine problem with your order, please contact us promptly and we’ll do our best to make it right — but refunds are not provided.

Local pickup – Michigan Location

Orders are fulfilled by local pickup. After you order, we’ll connect with you to confirm the pickup day, time, and location (typically the farmers market or a local hand-off). Please pick up your order at the agreed time. Fresh items not picked up may not be able to be held or replaced.

Payment — cash on delivery (COD) preferred

We prefer cash on delivery — pay us in person when you pick up your order. Payment by app at handoff is also welcome. Any online prepayment options offered at checkout are provided for convenience; our preferred method is paying at pickup.

Michigan only

We sell and deliver within the State of Michigan only, direct from our kitchen to the consumer. We do not ship or sell outside Michigan.

Made to order & availability

We bake and produce in small batches. Quantities are limited, items may sell out, and availability can change week to week.

Allergens & cottage food notice

Our products are made in a home kitchen that handles wheat and other common allergens. Allergen information is listed on each product. As required by Michigan law:
