Two Maples Market is a Michigan cottage food kitchen built around three things we love most: a long-fermented sourdough loaf, a glass jar of fruit jam that tastes like the field it came from, and pure vanilla extract aged the way it ought to be. Everything is mixed, baked, and bottled in our home kitchen, in small enough batches that we know each loaf and each jar
by sight.
The name comes from the pair of maples that flank our driveway — a reminder that simple, rooted things are usually the best ones. We bring our work to farmers markets across the state, and ship within Michigan to neighbors who can’t make it out on a Saturday morning.
“Slow food. Honest ingredients. One small kitchen.”
