Terms and Policies

By placing an order with Two Maples Market, you agree to the following. Please read before you order.

All sales are final — no refunds

Everything we sell is handmade in small batches, and our food is made fresh to order. Because of this — and for food-safety reasons on food items — all sales are final on every item, food and non-food, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If there’s a genuine problem with your order, please contact us promptly and we’ll do our best to make it right — but refunds are not provided.

Delivery, shipping & pickup

Food is delivered within Michigan for a $7 flat rate. Bread, jam and vanilla can only go to Michigan addresses. After you order, we’ll connect with you to confirm the delivery day and time.

Creative Lane art kits ship anywhere in the US by weight, Michigan included: $5 for the first pound plus $2 for each additional pound (each kit is about 1 lb). If your order also includes food, it’s the $7 Michigan delivery rate, or local pickup if you’re outside Michigan.

Pickup is free. Choose Local Pickup at checkout and we’ll contact you to arrange a pickup time and place — usually the farmers market or a local hand-off.

Please be available at the agreed delivery or pickup time. Fresh items that can’t be delivered or picked up as arranged may not be able to be held or replaced.

Payment — pay at pickup preferred

We prefer payment at pickup — cash in person, or payment by app at handoff. Any online prepayment options offered at checkout are provided for convenience. Delivered and shipped orders are paid online at checkout.

Food sales in Michigan only

Our food products are sold within the State of Michigan only, direct from our kitchen to the consumer. We never ship food out of state.

Made to order & availability

We bake and produce in small batches. Quantities are limited, items may sell out, and availability can change week to week.

Allergens & cottage food notice

Our food products are made in a home kitchen that handles wheat and other common allergens. Allergen information is listed on each product. As required by Michigan law:

Made in a home kitchen not inspected by the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.
